    With origins dating back to 1666 in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture, Yaegaki boasts a 360 + year legacy of meticulous sake brewing by hand. Benefiting from fertile soil and pristine water sources, the region is ideal for cultivating the renowned Yamadanishiki sake rice. Yaegaki is also a trailblazer in international sake production, crafting quality brews at its U.S. brewery in Los Angeles. Roga Genshu is a bold Junmai Daiginjo with juicy plum notes and a hint of spice. Brewed in California with Japanese craftsmanship, it offers a robust yet elegant profile that pairs well with rich dishes or can be enjoyed on its own. This sake can be enjoyed by itself or with rich meals including Teriyaki, Dim Sum, Aged Cheeses, Spicy dishes, Boiled fish, Beef Stew, Cream-based pasta, etc.
