The MIKAN Amberjack Loin is a premium, sashimi‑grade cut from Ehime, Japan, prized for its clean, buttery texture and naturally bright flavor. Raised on a carefully balanced diet that enhances sweetness and marbling, it delivers a delicate citrus note and a smooth, refined finish that makes it exceptional for sashimi, great as sushi, and excellent for light searing.
