SAKE OF THE MONTH

"High-quality sake for many people" - that desire has never changed. Toyosawa Yasuo, the fourth generation head of our brewery, believed that "as the world becomes more prosperous, consumers will want truly good sake." With the desire to "allow many people to enjoy high-quality sake," he released the reasonably priced pure rice sake "Kuromatsu Kisenju" to the world, which was well received by many people.    Nara Toyosawa Sake Brewery's passion for sake brewing has not changed to this day. For that reason, since the brewery's founding, they have been committed to brewing sake by hand, with little mechanization. While they are single-mindedly committed to brewing by hand, Nara Toyosawa Sake Brewery has also been flexible in responding to the needs of people who love sake. Although they are a small brewery, they take great pride in their sake brewing and will continue to devote themselves to brewing in the future.    This super dry sake has a sake meter value of +8, and is brewed at a low temperature, with the typical brewing method of ginjo sake, making it refreshing to drink. It has a crisp aftertaste that connoisseurs will love. It's clean and refreshing, so you'll never feel tired of drinking this sake. This sake pairs well with a wide variety of japanese food.
